Discover the stunning landscapes and rich cultural heritage of Tropical North Queensland on two incredible day trips from Cairns. Day 1: On one day, visit Babinda Boulders to the hear stories of its deep cultural significance to the Indigenous people, cool off at Josephine Falls, sliding down the natural rockslide into refreshing clear water. Marvel at Millaa Millaa Falls, immerse yourself in the beauty of the rainforest, see the Cathedral Fig Tree and dive into the crystal-clear waters at Lake Eacham, a volcanic crater lake home to freshwater turtles. Day 2: On the other day, take a breathtaking coastal drive toward Mossman Gorge, enjoying panoramic views of the Coral Sea. Receive a warm welcome from local Indigenous hosts, the Kuku Yalanji people, then explore the rainforest and take a swim in Mossman Gorge. Cruise the Daintree River in search of wildlife and crocodiles, then venture deep into the Daintree Rainforest for a guided walk and a visit to a secluded beach where the Rainforest meets the Great Barrier Reef.
