Description
Skypark Cairns by AJ Hackett is home to the original bungy tower established in 1990 by the pioneer who popularized bungy jumping with his 1987 Eiffel Tower jump. This site remains unique as Australia’s only commercial bungy location.
Offering sixteen jump styles, this tower caters to all experience levels—from classic feet-first to more adventurous backward or upside-down jumps. Qualified instructors provide a safety briefing and equipment checks before your jump.
The 50-metre platform overlooks a tropical rainforest canopy with views extending to the Coral Sea and a natural lagoon beneath. The freefall lasts approximately three seconds, delivering a memorable adrenaline experience.
Choose the Media Package to receive an Epic Shot photo and video capturing your jump’s countdown, launch, and landing reaction. After jumping, relax at the onsite licensed bar and café nestled in the rainforest setting.

Important Information
- Minimum age is 10 years. Under 18s require a parent or guardian to co-sign a waiver.
- Solo jumpers must weigh between 45kg and 150kg.
- Notify the operator of any medical conditions including high blood pressure, heart conditions, diabetes, pregnancy, epilepsy, dislocations, neurological disorders, or vertigo.
- International guests must provide an email address when booking.

Booking Tips
Book transfers at least 24 hours before your jump. Bring comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. Morning jumps offer cooler conditions and less wind for clearer views.
