Meet at the heart of Palm Cove Beach, opposite Pete’s Place on Williams Esplanade. After a safety briefing and setting you up with your kayak and paddle, head out on the ocean towards the tropical island.
Paddle to the serene shores of Double Island. With captivating mangroves, vibrant coral reefs, and an intriguing cave (subject to conditions), the island promises a day packed with wonder.
After a steady 30-minute paddle to the Double Island reef, the real exploration begins. Regular marine sightings include eagle rays, shovel nose sharks, blue spotted lagoon rays, colorful fish, green sea turtles, and white belly sea eagles.
