Trinity Inlet opens up ahead of you, its mangrove creeks winding somewhere between wilderness and secret. This is where your jet ski adventure begins — no licence or prior experience required, whether you're a total beginner or a confident rider chasing more speed.
Your Cairns-local guide leads the way through the maze of mangroves, keeping an eye out for wild saltwater crocodiles, birdlife and whatever else Trinity Inlet has hidden in its channels today. Your jet ski is fitted with Bluetooth speakers and offers the perfect balance of excitement and control.
Crocodile sightings vary with the seasons, generally more common during the cooler months and quieter during the warmer, wetter periods when crocodiles can spend more time beneath the surface. Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed, but when they appear, it's often an unforgettable part of the experience.
Before setting off, you'll receive a safety briefing and short riding lesson, complete your waiver and store your belongings in our secure lock-up area. Your jet ski features a 32-litre front storage compartment and waterproof phone compartment, so you can safely bring your phone along for photos.
Riding with a passenger? Only one booking is required, as each booking is for one 2-seater jet ski. Your passenger does not need a separate booking and can be added with the operator at check-in, subject to availability and operational requirements. An additional passenger fee applies. Passengers must be 8 years of age or older.
Rain or shine, the tour runs. Trinity Inlet's sheltered waters mean the adventure rarely stops for weather, allowing you to enjoy Cairns from a completely different perspective.

Do I need a Jet Ski licence?
No licence needed! Our friendly, qualified guides will walk you through everything you need to know before the tour. You’ll get a full safety briefing and all the know-how to ride with confidence.
What should I wear?
We recommend wearing UV-protective clothing, sunscreen, and sunglasses. Neoprene shorts are great, but swimwear works just fine too — whatever keeps you comfy and ready for fun.
What should I bring?
Bring a smile and your sense of adventure! If you’ve got an action camera, feel free to bring it along. A phone’s fine too — all our jet skis have waterproof phone compartments. A small water bottle can also come in handy.
I’ve never ridden a Jet Ski before. Is that okay?
Absolutely! Most of our guests are first-timers. Your guide will take the time to show you the ropes, both on land and on the water. You’ll be carving up the waves like a natural in no time.
